This team assists with the design, testing, quality assurance and fault-finding in an effort to provide the customer with reliable products.
Our Engineering Department consists of competent personnel that are responsible for product development, quality control and product testing.
The Pump Repair Shop is manned by a team with over 20 years' experience. The staff has undergone rigorous training to ensure that our pump repair service meets the manufacturers exacting demands.
This division is the heartbeat of CDC as they are the first point of call for customers. The administrative staff coordinate new sales, repairs and maintenance.
Service technicians are a growing entity within the organization as we reach out to more of our customers with onsite maintenance services.
The Field Service engineers and technicians have extensive experience in coal mining and with continuous mining machines, and call regularly on all users to assist with the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and training to ensure that clients get a 24 hour service back-up.
The maintenance team has enabled us to reach out to more clients by providing onsite maintenance
